Russell Brunson: What’s up everybody, this is Russell and welcome guys to the OfferLab affiliate launch kickoff. This is not something we promoted to all the affiliates, but just to our certain group of people who I just wanted to make sure you guys understand the platform and you’re using the platform also, so you have all the things in place to be able to help us roll this out and to launch it.
Because there’s so many — I think probably most of you guys who are here, you got it. It’s like, “Oh my gosh, I understand the power behind what we’re talking about and what this is.” And so I just want to make sure you guys are all very, very aware of it and the opportunity and why this is so exciting to promote, why you should go all in, and why this shouldn’t be just like another affiliate promotion, right?
These things happen all the time, but this is something that for those of you guys who capitalize on this and who jump into this, I think it could be one of the biggest things you’ve ever done as an affiliate in the short term, but also in the long term. And it’s going to be really exciting.
So I do have an official slideshow. We’re going to jump in and out, and we’re also going to be logging into OfferLab, showing you guys different pieces of it. And our end goal for this is to get you guys all putting your offers into OfferLab.
Some of you guys may have put it in initially when we first showed this at Funnel Hacking Live, but the process to get funnels and your offers into OfferLab has changed dramatically, and it’s all done now. So we want you guys to see it, and Sean’s going to be walking — I’ll introduce you to him here in a minute — he’s going to be walking us through exactly how it all works. And so this is going to be kind of a demo, and then it’s going to be amazing. So that’s the game plan with that.
What I’m talking about is just the fact that we’re looking for top offers and funnels to promote the new funnel app, OfferLab Marketplace. Right now, I want to help you guys to get your funnels into the marketplace now.
A couple of big things: As you probably know, when somebody signs up for OfferLab, the new flow will be going live here probably the next day or so, but there is a $500 upsell that gets people to unlock the highest commission level and the affiliate trading course. You guys will all get 100% commission on that.
What’s cool about it is when somebody logs in the very first time or so, when they sign up and they haven’t taken that offer, then when they log in again in the future if they haven’t taken it, it’ll pop up again. And then we’ll have some kind of cadence for every maybe 10 or 20 logins, that offer will repop up. So this will be something you guys are getting 100% commissions on all the time when you’re putting people into OfferLab.
What makes this launch and this platform everything different is — hopefully you guys watched the video behind this — but if you look at ClickFunnels, obviously as a business and a brand has made us a lot of money, but a lot of people don’t know is that we have a partnership with Stripe and we get paid merchanting fees on every single thing that goes through.
ClickFunnels has processed $12 billion in the last decade, and our cut on that $12 billion is substantial. It is a huge monthly check that comes in every single month. A lot of people who promote things on other platforms, you may get affiliate commissions, but you don’t get any of the platform fees.
When we were building this, we wanted to do that because I want you guys all to participate in this. I want you guys to look at this not as Russell’s platform or Todd’s platform, but I want you to look at this as your platform — like this is something that you put the time and the energy and the effort into, you will be getting those fees coming to you.
What’s cool about it is your fee structure is higher than what we get from Stripe with ClickFunnels, and that’s with $12 billion in processing power. What you guys get on the platform is even more substantial because there’s a platform processing fee to do everything, and you guys will get up to 4% of that.
For every single person you get to go and create an account, they are hard-coded to you, right? And what that means is when that person, if they put an offer on the platform, if they ever sell that offer, you get paid 1.5% of the processing fees. If they’re ever an affiliate and they promote somebody else’s offer, you get 1.5% of their processing fees.
Those of you guys who know how to play this game are going to spend a lot of time getting as many people in there, getting them locked in, getting them to create an account under your link. That way they’re hard-coded to you.
Right now, if you go to offerlab.com, you can’t even sign up — there’s a waiting list. But through your affiliate links, you can get people to go through the process right now. We’re obviously not promoting it to the masses, but you can get affiliates to log in.
The reason why it’s important for you to get affiliates now to create their accounts is because it’s also a two-tier affiliate program. So if you sign up an affiliate and they go and they bring people in, and those people put in an offer or they’re an affiliate, when they promote it, that person who brought that person in will get 1.5% of processing fees for every offer that’s sold of that person, plus everything that person makes as an affiliate. But you, because you brought that person in, you get 0.5% of their volume.
The pre-launch dates are: August 26th: First pre-launch video goes live. August 29th: Second pre-launch video. September 2nd: Third pre-launch video. September 3rd: Big webinar. September 4th, 5th, and 6th: Three-day event.
During the three-day event on the 4th, 5th, and 6th, the whole job is getting people into OfferLab. It’s not just like we got one shot at it — we’re getting people to create their accounts during the main launch, and then we’re talking about getting an upgrade. We’re doing all sorts of stuff, so it’ll be a thing where we have a lot of chances to get people trained and get them excited.
The three-day event’s goal is to train them on offers and traffic and affiliates and stuff like that, so they see the vision of OfferLab. They have the tools and the information they need to go and start running with those things.
July (Current Month): A lot of you guys have been slowly recruiting affiliates up to this point. This has been phase number one — just the people you know who you want to be in your second tier. Slowly go and recruit those people, tell them about it, get them excited.
I will give you guys a recording of this so you can also send that to your close affiliates. Don’t go mass promote it, but the people you’re like, “Man, if I had these five people who signed up in OfferLab underneath me, and I’m getting 0.5% of all their volume, their people’s volume” — it gets really exciting really fast.
This phase, which is starting today, is to get your offers into OfferLab. When we created OfferLab, my biggest fear was this is one of those things like there’s the chicken and the egg, right? If we get people to show up to the marketplace to promote, but there’s no offers, then it falls apart. And if there’s no offers in the marketplace, and that means no affiliates, then it kind of fails.
What our job as affiliates, as offer creators right now, is to try to get as many offers into OfferLab as possible. That could be your own, it could be other people’s, it could be whatever that is, but it’s getting offers into OfferLab, recruiting people, having them become an affiliate, getting their offers into OfferLab as well, so we get as many as possible. When this thing goes live on September 3rd, I want to have thousands of really good, high-quality offers that are inside of the platform.
August: That’s when we open up recruiting affiliates phase number two. This is when you’ll be able to open up and do more mass promotions to get more affiliates in and really start pre-building towards the pre-launch. Then pre-launch video number one hits, video number two hits, and video number three hits there.
Sean Gardlin: [Platform demonstration begins] Sean shows how to create offers in OfferLab, including creating a new offer from scratch — Simply enter your offer name, select the type (e-commerce, digital, etc.), connect your existing platform (Shopify, ClickFunnels, etc.), and set your pricing.
Two ways to create sales pages: Custom Page Import: Copy a simple script and paste it into the header of your existing page (Shopify, ClickFunnels, etc.). OfferLab automatically detects it and allows you to connect your buy buttons to OfferLab checkout. AI Page Builder: Enter your existing URL and OfferLab’s AI will crawl your site, gather all content, images, and styling, then automatically build a high-converting VSL template version of your page.
Building Co-Funnels: The revolutionary part — you can build funnels using other people’s offers. Select a primary offer, add order bumps, add upsells from different creators. Each step can have a custom “promoter letter” where you add your own video and message explaining why your audience should buy.
Russell Brunson: When you’re promoting someone else’s offer as an upsell in your funnel, you can add a custom video and message at the top of their sales page. This creates congruency as customers move from page to page through your funnel.
Marketplace Collaboration: Browse offers from different creators. Request to work with them. Built-in messaging system for collaboration. Creators control who can promote their offers.
Order Processing: Orders are pushed directly to your existing system (Shopify, ClickFunnels, etc.). Your existing automations, email receipts, and follow-ups work exactly the same. Customers receive separate receipts from each offer creator in the funnel.
Important Notes for Affiliates: Daily Tasks: You need to log in daily to check messages and approve affiliates who want to promote your offers. Cookie Attribution: Unlike traditional affiliate marketing, when you create a funnel in OfferLab, it’s YOUR funnel. Attribution is hard-coded — no cookie issues.
Stats and Tracking: Full insights tab with commission data. Click tracking and conversion data. Webhook support for external reporting tools. 30-day hold on commissions (standard for the platform).
Domain Options: Use your custom domain. Use OfferLab’s domain. Custom pages automatically use your existing domain.
After the main launch, Russell is creating a co-branded webinar that affiliates can use. This webinar will: Train your customers to become affiliates. Show them how to take your products and promote them on social media. Lock them into your OfferLab account. Get potentially 1,000+ people promoting your stuff overnight.
Action Items: Immediately: Get your offers into OfferLab. If you put them in during Funnel Hacking Live, update all sales pages with the new page builder. This Week: Import all your offers — even old funnels that are no longer live. The pages are still there, so throw them all in.
Ongoing: Recruit affiliates who have good offers. Help them get their offers in. Build test co-funnels. Practice with the platform. Support: Use the chat button in the bottom right corner of OfferLab — it goes directly to Sean. Send Loom videos if you encounter issues.
OfferLab is platform-agnostic — it works with any platform. Front-end could be Shopify, upsell could be ClickFunnels, next upsell could be GoHighLevel. The goal is to reunite the fragmented marketplace. This could pay you for the rest of your life if you take it seriously.
Get in there, get your hands dirty, start importing your offers, build some co-funnels, and have fun with it. This is going to be one of the biggest opportunities you’ve ever had as an affiliate.
